The second day was highlighted for me by one person and one conclusion that I´ve reached during the training.
The person is the trainer herself - Gertrud. I think she managed to convey the message of the training by making us aware of the things that we all have in common and things that make us unique, which allowed us to know and understand each other better.
And the conclusion has it´s roots in the American culture, but I made it a little bit more complete:):
Celebrate the diversity around you and within yourself!
